  • Orders from our USA warehouse are shipped via USPS.

We proudly ship worldwide! However, there are a few locations we can’t reach. If your country isn’t eligible, don’t worry—we’ll contact you right away to help find a solution.


📦 Lost or Missing Packages

  • Double-Check Your Address: To avoid delays, please make sure your billing and shipping details are correct at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Our Mistake? We’ve Got You Covered! If we make an error, we’ll take full responsibility and reship your order at no charge.

❓ My Tracking Says “No Information Available”

Don’t worry! For some shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you still don’t see updates, please reach out to us at team@shopluxecase.com.


📦 Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve selected combined shipping.
