Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Processing Begins
    If you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Just email us at voracase@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’d like to cancel. We’re here to help! 💌

  2. After Processing Starts
    Once your order is in motion (usually within 1 business day), our team gets to work—verifying, assembling, quality-checking, and packing your items with care. At this point, we’re unable to cancel the order since it’s already on its way to you.


Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s what you need to know:

  1. 15-Day Happiness Guarantee
    If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns or exchanges after this period.

  2. Choosing Carefully
    Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. All purchases are final, if you'd like to cancel your order, there will be a 5% processing fee.


Refunds & Replacements

    To qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Include photos of any damaged or defective items so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  2. What We Can’t Cover

    • Mishandling or improper use of the product

    • Items purchased during sales or promotions (these are final sale)

  3. Return Shipping
    In rare cases where returns are approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees to our designated address.
